An Afternoon at Encinitas, January 2009.

Shirley, Martha, Annie, Rip spent an afternoon visiting the Self Realization Fellowship Center and garden. Shirley looks down on Swami's Beach.

She loved the grounds here.

She paused often to marvel at colors and shapes.

Shirley wandered slowly and patiently through the gardens, as was her penchant. She never met a plant she didn't like.

On the way home, we stopped at the Tea Station in Gardena. Shirley and Annie.

Not everyone was feeling tip-top, but it was a very happy afternoon.
